Artist's Comments

A piece I did a few years back of my two 'wind wolf' characters, Black Shadow and Windsong ( yeah, I know, very unoriginal names but that was my younger mind then ). They are from a story I created and lived in when I was a pre teen and teen. I am unsure if I will publish the story or not. I wanted to embody the passion and genuine love, respect, and devotion they have for each other.

It was done on black paper with colored pencils.

Very cute. I had a world I lived in for a long time... From 2nd grade to not too long ago I lived in Wurzlen where there were Kajiits everywhere and things with six legs and Tigaroos. Then I wrote the book, and had to change the Kajiits to Morderkatzen for copyright reasons, and the Tigaroos to En Brullen Vergessen because "Tigaroo" was too stupid sounding. After the book was done, I got bored with that idea, so I made a new place for me to live and I'm STILL in the middle of writing this book. Meh. However, this word is full of werewolves and vampires and wiccans and voodo preistesses, so I think I'll stay for a while...

A friend of mine actually owns this piece and has it displayed in his living room. I am awed by it every time I see it. The jpeg takes so much away from its real beauty. :)
